Currently available trainings

The purpose of the training is to present the most popular area measurement standards and to organize the standards already known.

What we are going to do during the training:
1. Become acquainted with PN ISO 9836, Act on Local Taxes and Charges, PN B 70, BOMA, GIF. TEGOvA, RICS
2. Discuss example reports for each standard
3. Discuss good practices for project reports
4. Review the recommended times for measurements and reports
5. Practise calculation of add-on factor
6. Discuss the rules of building and floor add-on classification

We put a strong emphasis on practical implementation of knowledge in the daily work of persons dealing with commercial buildings.
